Regras da Associação

1. Expulsões/Suspensões

1.1 A conspiração com outros participantes ou ofensas a treinadores, associações e ou dirigentes das mesmas não é permitida, implicando a expulsão da Crew/Clã da competição e a sua suspensão em provas organizadas pela OSM CA/SEVO por tempo determinado pela comissão. Em casa específico de entrega ou multicontas, a Sevo indicara que se faça denúncia direta pelo APP do OSM para que staff dê banimento ou não ao treinador, uma vez que eles dispõem de meios fiscalizadores mais exatos.

1.2. Provocações, insultos, tumultos e desacatos sobre as Organizações da OSM CA e SEVO e aos organizadores não serão tolerados; sejam insultos ao trabalho da organização, sejam insultos a pessoa como indivíduo que faz a organização em qualquer meio de comunicação sem exceção. Tais desrespeitos podem levar à desqualificação desta e de futuras edições da OSM CA e da SEVO.

1.3. A Crew/Clã ou jogador que desistam da competição ou de uma liga serão suspensos e ficarão impedidos de participar em competições organizadas pela OSM CA/SEVO e Associações Amigas

1.4. O abandono será caracterizado pela saída sem aviso, sem justificativa e prolongada por 72 horas do treinador, repercutindo em banimento de todas as competições OSM CA/SEVO em grupo e individuais pelo período que a comissão julgar melhor.

1.5. Pode haver hipótese de saida da liga por motivos hospitalares por conta da Pandemia da Covid-19 sem prejuízo ao treinador, o mesmo por coerência deve se ausentar de todos os slots em outras competições ou ligas individuais, caso contrário será caracterizado como tentativa de burlar as regras.

1.6. Qualquer treinador em que o ultimo login tenha sido feito á 3 dias será excluido da competição e banido da OSM CA/SEVO sem que seja justificada com provas a sua ausencia e a Crew/Clã será desclassificada.

1.7. Pode haver hipótese de saída por quebra de celular, por motivo de roubo, de bullyng, de problemas familiares e todos os demais conflitos associados a vida cotidiana, para isso, pedimos que informe a comissão, justifique e entre em acordo (e o cumpra) para que não haja prejuízo ao treinador. Assim, após o fim dessas vicissitudes da vida, o treinador retorna para se divertir nas competições OSM CA/SEVO. Qualquer quebra do acordo levará a banimento por automático.

2. Contacto

3. Desitências

3.1. Qualquer desistência de competição com 7 dias anteriores ao inicio da competição a CREW/CLÃ e ou treinador ficará suspenso de parrticipar em competições da OSM CA/SEVO pelo periodo de 1 ano.

4. Nota Final

4.1. Por ser um Torneio Não Oficial, a decisão da Organização é soberana
4.2. A OSM CA/SEVO por ser soberana, por alterar, mudar, retirar e detalhar as regras das competições devido as diversas mudanças tanto dentro do app do OSM quanto fora dele por motivos aleatórios a que estamos sujeitos, sempre com a finalidade de manter o bom andamento das competições OSM CA/SEVO.

1. Expulsions / Suspensions

1.1 Conspiracy with other participants or offenses against coaches, associations and or their managers is not permitted, implying the expulsion of the Crew / Clan from the competition and its suspension in events organized by OSM CA / SEVO for a period determined by the commission. In a specific delivery house or multi-account, Sevo will indicate that a direct report be made by the OSM APP so that staff may or may not ban the trainer, since they have more accurate inspection means.

1.2. Provocations, insults, riots and contempt on the OSM CA and SEVO Organizations and the organizers will not be tolerated; whether they are insults to the work of the organization, or insults the person as an individual who makes the organization in any means of communication without exception. Such disrespect may lead to the disqualification of this and future editions of OSM CA and SEVO.

1.3. A Crew / Clan or player who withdraws from the competition or a league will be suspended and will be prevented from participating in competitions organized by OSM CA / SEVO and Friendly Associations

1.4. The abandonment will be characterized by the departure without warning, without justification and prolonged for 72 hours by the coach, with repercussions for banning all OSM CA / SEVO competitions in group and individual for the period that the committee deems best.

1.5. There may be a chance of leaving the league for hospital reasons due to the Covid-19 Pandemic without prejudice to the coach, the same for consistency should be absent from all slots in other competitions or individual leagues, otherwise it will be characterized as an attempt to circumvent the rules.

1.6. Any coach in which the last login was made 3 days ago will be excluded from the competition and banned from OSM CA / SEVO without being justified with evidence of his absence and the Crew / Clan will be disqualified.

1.7. There may be a chance of leaving due to a cell phone break, due to theft, bullying, family problems and all other conflicts associated with daily life. For this, we ask you to inform the commission, justify and agree (and comply) so that there is no harm to the coach. Thus, after the end of these vicissitudes of life, the coach returns to have fun in the OSM CA / SEVO competitions. Any breach of the agreement will lead to automatic banning.

3. Dropouts

3.1. Any withdrawal from competition with 7 days prior to the start of the competition, CREW / CLÃ and / or coach will be suspended from participating in OSM CA / SEVO competitions for a period of 1 year.

4. Final Note

4.1. As it is an Unofficial Tournament, the Organization’s decision is sovereign
4.2. OSM CA / SEVO for being sovereign, for changing, changing, removing and detailing the rules of competitions due to the various changes both within the OSM app and outside of it for random reasons to which we are subject, always with the purpose of maintaining the good progress of OSM CA / SEVO competitions.
